What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website form or call us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, property type, pest concern, your message and basic referral or source data (for example, how you found our website).
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a booking, provide pest control services, and to improve our marketing and website performance. We do not sell your details.
Website analytics and advertising
Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how the site is used and to build audiences for future advertising. These tools may collect usage data such as pages viewed and actions taken (for example, submitting a form or tapping to call). They never receive your name, phone number, email address, pest concern or message content.
You can opt out of Meta tracking on this device at any time using the control below. This does not affect Google Analytics.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) tracking on this device is currently ON.
After-hours calls and Sophie (AI assistant)
After business hours, calls may be handled by Sophie, FAB’s AI assistant. Sophie can collect your details, ask intake questions and help book an available appointment. Fabien personally reviews every booking before it is confirmed.
Sophie is an automated system. She does not diagnose pest issues, recommend treatments, give chemical or safety advice, or guarantee outcomes. For urgent safety or medical concerns, please contact emergency services or the relevant professional.
