FAB assesses active wasp and bee situations around Perth homes, confirms safe access, and explains the right treatment or relocation pathway before work begins.
From $249 inc GST for one safely accessible nest
If there is more than one nest, or access involves height, a roof void, wall cavity or another complex location, FAB confirms the scope and price before work proceeds.
Residential pricing. Prices shown apply to standard residential homes up to approximately 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, 250 m² floor area and a 700 m² block. Larger homes, acreage, multiple structures and commercial properties require a confirmed quote before booking. Request a commercial proposal.
Fabien took care of the spider treatment at our properties located in Dianella and we’re very happy with the service. We’ve also had great feedback from our tenants, which is very important to us. He removed all the cobwebs and even sent us before-and-after photos once the job was completed, which we really appreciated. Thanks Fab! Great service and we’ll definitely see you again next time.
A photo and the nest location can help, but the species and safest response are confirmed before treatment or relocation is recommended.
Often build exposed comb nests under eaves, pergolas, fences and outdoor structures. Avoid approaching or disturbing an active nest.
May nest in the ground, walls or concealed cavities. Heavy traffic into one opening can indicate a hidden nest that needs careful assessment.
Accessible bee removal is $349 inc GST. Complex removals and inaccessible colonies are separately quoted. FAB assesses the situation first and confirms whether removal, treatment or a suitable relocation pathway is appropriate.
Eaves, pergolas, sheds, fences and sheltered wall openings can all suit nesting insects. When activity is close to doors, paths or play areas, keep clear and have the location assessed rather than disturbing it.
APVMA-registered products, applied to label by a licensed technician.
Fabien confirms the nest type, access and price before proceeding. Wasp services do not carry an automatic retreatment warranty unless FAB confirms one in writing.
Treatment starts from $249 inc GST for one safely accessible nest. Additional nests, high or difficult access, roof voids, wall cavities and unusually complex situations are assessed and priced before work proceeds.
Tell FAB where the activity is and how urgent it is. The earliest suitable appointment will be confirmed when we call; same-day attendance depends on location, access and the day’s schedule.
Disturbing an active nest can trigger defensive behaviour and multiple stings. Keep people and pets away, avoid blocking the entrance, and have the nest assessed before attempting removal.
Send the location and access details with your request. FAB confirms whether the nest can be treated safely and provides the price before proceeding; specialist access may require a separate quote.
Yes. Accessible bee removal is $349 inc GST. Complex removals and inaccessible colonies are separately quoted. Because bees may need a different treatment or relocation pathway, the species, location and access are checked before the next step is confirmed.
That depends on the nest location and treatment used. Fabien will explain the site-specific safety directions and any exclusion period during the visit.
Mickael or Fabien will call within one business day to confirm the nest location, access and earliest suitable appointment.
